HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

LANDSCAPING:

No planting of any plants, shrubs, trees, etc, without written board approval.

 

POOL RULES:

As posted at the pool. Pool gates are to be locked at all times!  NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.

 

GUESTS:

Unit owners are responsible for guests, renters and family members’ compliance with the rules and regulations and for any damage caused by them.

 

PETS:

The Daytona Beach Shores law states, that dogs must be on a leash, and owners must pick up after their pets! Owners will assume full responsibility for injury or damage caused by their pets. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.

 

SPEED LIMIT:

The speed limit is 15 MPH within the subdivision.

 

MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR:

Oil changes and repairs of any kind are prohibited in driveways, roadways, and parking areas.

 

QUIET TIMES:

After midnight and be considerate of others at all times.

 

BULLETIN BOARD:

All association information will be posted on the board at the pool. Please contact the directors to post.

 

SALES:

Individual garage and yard sales or prohibited.

 

GUEST PARKING AREAS:

These spaces are limited for use by guests only! Storage of vehicles of unit owners or family members living in the unit with the owners is prohibited, and continued violation of this rule will be cause for removal of vehicle(s) by towing!

 

PARKING ON THE STREET:

Parking on our streets is not allowed! It creates a safety hazard for all residents and visitors.

 

INSURANCE:

Unit owners must provide the association with proof of insurance for replacement cost coverage at fair market value. The association must also be named as “ADDITIONAL INSURED.”
